The PostgreSQL Replication tutorial will have a heavy hands-on component which will require preparation by attendees.  Those who do not prepare will be unable to participate fully in the tutorial, although they are welcome to attend and watch.

  • A "full service" laptop capable of running VirtualBox or Docker, with at least 2 GB of RAM.
  • Installation of VirtualBox/Vagrant or Docker.
  • Installation and activation of tutorial materials from the tutorial repository

The tutorial materials above have not yet been updated for the LCA 2015 tutorial. Updated vms/containers will be supplied by January 5.

There will not be time during the tutorial to install or troubleshoot software.
