Anyone who has a model rocket they'd like to fly, particularly any of the participants from the LCA Rocketry MiniConf held in Brisbane, is strongly encouraged to join us for the day!  Local club members have volunteered to help us arrange transportation to and from the site, a local vendor will be on hand with motors and other necessary supplies that can't be transported in personal luggage, etc.

The Community Leadership Summit is an annual event conceived back in 2009 by Jono Bacon, who is currently the Senior Director of Community at XPRIZE, former community manager for the global Ubuntu community, and author of [http://www.artofcommunityonline.org/ The Art of Community] by O’Reilly. He has organized it each year since then. He put together the summit as a first step in helping community managers and leaders to define and refine their work, share knowledge and make connections in a vendor neutral way.
