The conference takes place during the New Zealand summer.
- The average temperature in January is 19.1 °C, while the average high is 23.1 °C, although it can get as high as 30 °C. The overnight low can get as low as 10 °C so it is worth taking something warm just in case.
- Auckland can get very humid during summer, so light clothing is recommended.
- The UV radiation in New Zealand is very high, you should wear sunscreen/hat if you are outside.
