Daily Interval Training BoF

A daily Interval Training BoF at the Waurn Ponds Deakin Residences at 7am. Meet at the corner of Baxter Dr and Nicol Dr S

All you need is clothing and/or footwear you are comfortable exercising in and a will to try.

We will be exercising for a total of 2-4 minutes each day depending on fitness levels. Total time will be between 20 mins and 30 mins.
